Description
DEMCO PUR 360 SELF is a two component, polyurethane based elastic floor coating. It is a perfect floor coating material for industrial floors, parking lot, warehouses, supermarkets, workshops, schools, hospitals, medicine facility floors, electronic industry, etc.Surface Preparation and Application Method
The application surface has to be cleaned and made completely rust, oil, dust and contaminant free. Surface shouldn’t be humid. Loose parts on the surface must be removed. Bright surfaces should be cleaned with shot blast or fraise. Solvent Free Epoxy Based Impregnation Primer DEMCO EPOX 100 PR is applied on a thoroughly cleaned surface. If necessary, surfaces can be leveled with epoxy paste atier priming. Solvent free, Polyurethane Based, Elastic, Self Leveling Floor Coating DEMCO PUR 360 SELF is applied special roller on surface. Forming air bubbles must be removed using needle roller. In order to protect DEMCO PUR 360 SELF’ s surface from sunlight in outdoor and to protect against scratching the surface and pollution, one layer of DEMCO PUR 412 TOP COAT UVS/HM is applied at a consumption rate of 0,150 kg/m². ATTENTION! Due to spreading very well, it is designed for horizontal surfaces. For vertical surfaces it is not eligible to use because of sagging and flowing.Technical Properties

Storage and Shelf Life
