Description
DEMCO EPOX 145 TOPCOAT is a solvent free, epoxy based top coat with two components. It can be applied on metal and concrete surfaces. It is used to coat the floors and all’s of industrial areas where food articles and produced, stored and sold, storage, stores, offices.Advantages

- Low viscosity. Easy to mix with stone and aggregates.
- Provides protection to UV thanks to its UV-resistant property.
- Fills up the capillary holes in concrete.
- It provides a transparent appearance when mixed with visual stone and colored aggregate.

Storage and Shelf Life
It should be kept in its original, unopened package and in closed and dry places, which are at 15 – 25°C. It must not stay under direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.Package
